Making sure they have what they need to be successful is key. ![]() Start by introducing them to their team and letting them know that they have your full support. So, it's important to make them feel welcome as soon as possible. Not only does it mean that we get to work with someone new and potentially bring fresh perspectives to the table, but it also signifies growth and progress within the company. As a team, it's always exciting to welcome a new member aboard.
